On 27th June 2014, The Optimists, Noakhali has arranged the benefits distribution ceremony at Sadar Narottompur High School, Kabirhat, Noakhali. It was started at 09.00 a.m and ended at 12.30 p.m. Mr. Mahbubul Haque, District Director, The Optimists Noakhali presided over the program.
